The Ministry of the Shepherd Shoppe is a part of God's Vision to build His Kingdom in this nation, and to build into the lives of the people living in Kuwiat.

"God is going to start a mighty move of the Holy Spirit that will affect the whole of Middle East" - is the prophetic word of Cindy Jacobs for this nation. And as a source of Christian Literature this little Shoppe in the NECK compound is doing much to spread His light and change the lives of people living in or visiting Kuwait,

The Shepherd Shoppe of the Lighthouse Church Kuwait, is a "spiritual wellspring" both to the believers and to the unbelievers seeking the Truth, to help strengthen their faith and speed up their growth in Christ. The role of this ministry is to serve and to support the ministry of The Lighthouse Church, Kuwait in this region.

It is a blessing to have a Christian Bookstore in an Islamic country and to be able to find resources for our spiritual needs. We may not all be Pastors and Evangelists to win people to Christ.  But I do believe that God who 'invented' technology and is rich in resources enables us to bless others creatively and introduce Christ into their lives in ingenious ways.

The Christian resources available here can be used as an evangelistic tool to reach out to those who do not know Christ. The Shepherd Shoppe offer; a variety of Christian products like Audio Tapes, Bibles, Bible Aides, Dictionaries, Concordances, Commentaries, Christian Books by world famous authors, Cards for all occasions, CD's, DVD's, Videos and an interesting array of Gift Items.

The year 2005 - 2006 has been a transition period for this Ministry with many changes. The store was renovated and has a new layout, the Point of Sale Program has been changed, the staff is new, and of late some of our own people are contributing their artistic skills. The Shepherd Shoppe staff and helpers are: Evangeline Bestoguey, Luzviminda Dait, Erna Trestiza, and Robbie Dantes under the Directorship of Mrs. Jacque Zandstra. We are truly grateful to the volunteers who support us every Friday, during events like Harvest Festival, and rush seasons like Easter, Christmas and New Year, and also during Stock Inventory and arrival of big shipments.
