ISOM is a professionally recorded, video-training school offering a 2-year Bible School Curriculum. It is a global body that spans more than 84 countries, over 64 major world languages and more than 120,000 students. Each video course has accompanying notes. The notes contain a written overview of the video content, group discussion ideas, homework assignments and exams. Lessons are imparted by some of the best instructors in the world in their area of expertise - T. L. Osborn, Joyce Meyer, Rheinhard Bonnke, Jack Hayford, Dick Eastman, and Dean Sherman.  Each class provides a balance of Bible knowledge, character training and spiritual gifts along with the manifestation of the Holy Spirit's power through the teachings.

ISOM was made possible in Kuwait in 1995, when Pastor Jerry and Mrs. Jacque attended a 'Praise and Worship Seminar' hosted by Lamar Boschman in Dallas, Texas and brought back worship videos for our worship team. The following summer Pastor Jerry met the founder - Pastor Berin Gilfillan. Pastor Berin put Pastor Jerry in touch with Dr. Stan DeKoven of Vision International University (VIU) as they work together, and we were able to establish VIU and ISOM in Kuwait.

ISOM - Kuwait is impacting the lives of many students and we can see transformation, renewal, reconciliation, and they are being equipped and trained for the propagation of the Gospel. The following statistics indicate the number of lives it has impacted:

The vision of Pastor Jerry for 2006 was ENLARGEMENT, EXPANSION AND EXPLOSION and that is what we are seeing not only in Kuwait but in the Arabian Gulf as well*

Kuwait:

• We have 7 regular classes and 27 residential programs.
• The languages that it is now being taught are Arabic (Kuwait city), Chinese (Riggae), Nepalese (Abbasiya), English (all over Kuwait), Tagalog (Farwaniya, Kuwait city, Salmiya, and Mangaf), Telugu (Khaitan and Salmiya), Urdu (Fahaeel, Riggae, Kuwait city, and Mangaf), Tamil (Salmiya, Mangaf, Ahmadi and Abassiya) and Indonesian (Riggae, Adan and Jahra).

Arabian Gulf:

QATAR

• 35 Students
• Languages in which it is taught is Sinhalese, Urdu, Tagalog, Nepalese and English

BAHRAIN

• 80 Students
• Languages - Urdu, English and Tamil

IRAQ

• 6 students registered - 4 have dropped off due to the political situation
• It is taught only in Arabic
  

SHARJAH

• 21 students
• Telugu language

Disciplined, mature Christians who wish to be equipped for effective leadership in the local Church or other ministries should attend these classes. Our motto is to help fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus Christ to make disciples of all nations, teaching them to observe all things that He commanded us.
